Why We Ask for This
A contractor account lets your team place orders and, if approved, buy on credit. Before we open one, we need to confirm the business is real and that the person opening the account is authorized to commit it. That protects you as much as it protects us: it is what stops someone else opening an account in your company’s name.
Your documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection, scanned for malware, and stored in our customer management system. They are not posted publicly and they are not emailed around.
How It Works

Fill in your business details and upload your documents. About 10 minutes.

Our team reviews your documents and confirms your details. Usually within 2 business days.
Your Account Goes Live
We email you confirmation and your account is ready to order against.
Three Ways to Apply
Trade Pricing Account
Trade pricing and account ordering. Your order is confirmed and prepared once payment is received. This is the fastest option to get approved.
Trade Pricing + Cut Before Payment
Everything above, plus we can cut and prepare your material before payment, so it is ready when you are. Payment in full is due at pickup or before delivery. Requires a personal guarantee from the signing authority.
Net 21 Credit Terms
Everything above, plus 21 days from invoice date to pay. Requires a personal guarantee, a trade reference, and pre-authorized payment set up through Benji Pays.
You choose which one you want partway through the application. All three include trade pricing, and applying for credit does not slow down your account approval.
How Ordering Works
Artificial turf is cut to length from the roll for each order. Once we start cutting, that piece is yours: it cannot go back on the roll and it cannot be sold to anyone else.
That means when you place an order with us, you are responsible for paying for it, even if your own customer changes their mind or cancels partway through. We will always confirm measurements with you before cutting, so please double-check them.
This is also why we can start cutting before we have taken full payment. Your account is what lets us get your material moving without waiting.
How Turf Is Supplied
A few things worth knowing before you measure and order. Getting these right saves waste and avoids reordering.
Roll Widths
We stock 7.5 ft and 15 ft wide rolls. Choosing the width that fits your area with the fewest seams usually costs less overall, even if the wider roll looks like more material.
Roll Lengths
Rolls run up to 66 ft in length. Areas longer than that will need more than one piece, so plan your seam placement before you order.
Add 6 Inches to Your Length
Always order at least 6 inches longer than your measured length. That gives you room to trim, square up edges, and correct small errors on site. Turf cut exactly to measurement leaves you nothing to work with.
Keep Pile Direction in Mind
Artificial turf has a grain, and it reads differently depending on the angle you view it from. Every piece in the same area must be laid running the same direction, or the seams will show as a visible colour change. Decide your pile direction before you cut.
Order the Whole Project Together
Colour can vary slightly between production batches. Order everything for one project at the same time so it all comes from the same batch.
Confirm Before We Cut
We cut to the length you give us. Measurements and quantities on quotes are estimates, so please check them against the site before confirming. Once cutting starts the piece is yours.
